In the childhood days less do we know about how our future be. We start making our role models in the earlier days knowing very less about them but because they are successful they become our models. This can have certain shortcomings as well as some advantages but shortcomings are more than advantages. For models the basic requirement is that there body should be in well shape.
Every model in order to achieve the best personality in them work to there best but since maturity in any human being comes on the onset of teen age, they land up using unnatural surgery as a source for earlier maturity which looks good for a period but inturns affect the internal metabolism. More and more models wants to match there role models for which number of such surgery are constantly increasing. Preteen models land up doing such surgery in order to find early maturity and to be the best. Such models without even consulting there mentors go for this surgery or even because of the pressure to be the best. This is the age when the influence of anything can make you do anything but can be overcome by correct guidance.
